Introduction
In fulfillment of the requirements of section 40 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and Standing order No. 241 of the National Assembly, Hon.John Mbadi, EGH, cabinet secretary for National Treasury and Planning submitted the bill for the financial year 2025/26 to the National Assembly on 30th April 2025. Below are the proposed changes.
